When will you ship my order?
We do our best to process orders within 24 hours. Due to high order volumes, processing can take 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, we’re unable to modify items or fully cancel the order, as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@gelify.com While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll always do our best to assist.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your country. We offer free standard shipping on orders of 60€.
Can I return or exchange my press on nails?
Gelify offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love your nails, but we understand if you need a different style.
A 8€ return label fee will be deducted from refunds issued to the original form of payment.
Prefer store credit? You’ll receive a free return label when selecting store credit instead.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
International orders must be returned at the customer’s expense.
